Little tree frog!

So the this morning when Mom went to take me out for potty breaks, she found this little guy hanging around the sliding glass door!



It's a little tree frog! Here Mom, let me see him closer!


Now I gave him a good sniff - I had never actually seen one close up before - and promised him I just wanted to say hello and that I would not eat him. I even promised to keep him safe from Honey...who absolutely without a doubt WOULD try to eat him! After my investigation and greeting Mom said we had to let him go, so she took him over by the little woodpile at the edge of the yard and let release him.

He very quickly found a nice safe little hide-y hole!

    But Wes, I've heard that eatin froggies (don't know whut kind), or jus puttin 'em in yur mouth, can cos a pup to get very sick. Please don't eat no froggie legs or any uther parts o' the froggie.

    He's cute. We thought he was just a toad....our tree frogs are BRIGHT green... And as Frankie and Ernie said don't lick toads!
