Oh so much better...eight hours while you are at work is just so long to hold it, Momma! Note from Wes' Momma: Disappeared again for a few days, whoops! Been stressing over some family things and it's tamped down on the blogging...but we just got news today that really helped to knock that all down a whole bunch so should be back to normal blog-business from here on out. 

So despite it being cold cold COLD out...Momma got my furscut yesterday. She was very apologetic about it, telling me when she made the appointment two weeks ago she didn't expect the weather to be so very cold. I'm not sure I believe her OR forgive her at all yet. My new cut. They had to shave my ears because one was matted up.  After my furcut we got to go to poppa's house where Honey was already outside waiting for me to play with her in the snow. COME ON WESLEY! LET'S PLAY!  Which, of course I was super happy to do! During the play I would keep running out of the snow, because I don't know if anyone ever told you guys this...but that stuff is COLD. AND I just got all my furs cut off. AND momma still hasn't gotten me a proper coat! (Wes' Momma: Everywhere I go to look for one they don't have one that fits. All other sizes available, but not one that fits Wes! I've been trying!)   So the snow play didn't really last very long...

Wow....look at it all! So Hercules has come and done, and left LOTS of white snow around to remember him by! Mom debated on getting on a ruler to get a true reading on how much snow we got, but figured 'more then enough' would be an accurate description. What do I think of it? YIPPEE! SNOW! I love running though it! It's light and fluffy...but so cold! When Momma checks her phone for temp it tell her it's on 1*F outside. ONE DEGREES. And that's NOT including the feel with the wind. No wonder she went outside looking like this. Wes' Mom: Just missing my other hat, coat and gloves! One degrees is also why I don't stay outside very long....as a matter of fact.... ....cold now. Can I go back in, mom?

...anyone else out there having some super winter weather happening? We are here in my corner of Pennsylvania! Lots of snow is coming down, and dog oh dog is it cold out there! Momma says the what the weather humans are calling winter storm Hercules is here, and we're supposed in an area where it's projected to get 8"-10" of snow. ...8 to 10 inches?! That's almost more snow then I am tall! Mom and I were supposed to go over the poppa's house tonight. I have a grooming appointment for tomorrow and Momma has an appointment somewheres, too, and poppa's house is closer to where all this is. We could technically still go...but there is a problem. No, it's not Hercules...not yet, anyway. This Hercules storm isn't causing to much trouble yet...this is what it looked like outside half and hour ago! The problem is the house heater! Mom says that this house stays nice and warm when it's cold outside due to an oil fuel heater...the prob...

It's pretty cold out there today, with a super-bitey wind. When Mom came home from work today she tried to take me out into the yard for some fetch, but it didn't last long...we both got cold! So instead it's been a play inside kind of day...and what's a better game then tug for that?! As you can see, without any surprise, I am the winner this go around and always! . Sorry Mom, better luck next time!

Woofie every pupper! Hope everyone's holiday was fun and full of yummy treats and LOTS of squeeky toys! Momma and I spent the holiday at my poppa's house, and it was so much fun! I got to play with momma and poppa, and poppa's two brothers, and Honey and poppa's parents and his aunt. His momma even got me a super comfy new crate mat for my crate at their house! Sadly,  there is no photographic evidence of any of the fun stuff that happened over the holiday, since  the forgetful one  Momma didn't bring her camera with  her.  Silly Momma! The one thing she  did have with her was her phone, and she did upload a silly little video or two of me and Honey on my instagram, but that's it. Maybe next year she'll actually remember to bring her camera! After these past few days of so much playing with everyone I am one pooped out poodle, and am happy to be home where I can catch up on some sleep!

Mom and I are about to head out and to my poppa's house for the holiday and won't be blogging tomorrow, so we wanted to wish everyone out there a super-awesome-very-Merry Christmas today. Hope you've all been good this year, 'cause Santa Paws is coming tonight!
