A (photo-heavy!) Recap

Can't believe February is almost already gone. I mean, I know it's a short month and all but...wow! 

Since my mom has once again been super slack, here's a small recap of all the nothing stuff that has been happening in our little world-bubble.

SNOW.

We had a bit of a winter storm that happened overnight from the 8th to the 9th.

We didn't get as much during this one as we did with last year's Winter Storm Jonas, but we did still get a good amount dumped on us.

There was enough that getting through un-pathed areas for me was a bit of a struggle....

Tongue out for extra oomph-power!

But much longer legged Honey had no issues at all. 

She is such a snow-dog!

After the tromping through the snow that day, there was even some hot chocolate for myself and Honey!

Yummy!

Because Valentine's day, Mom got myself and Honey each something new to play with.

I got a plushy, squeeky heart toy, and Honey got a Kong squeeky-crinkly football.

We both just loved our new toys...however mine did not last more then 6 hours.

NO.  It wasn't ME who did it.

HONEY is the destroyer around here! Mom turned her back to make some dinner, Honey stole my little heart toy and...well...the rest (and the toy itself) is history.

The good news is is that Honey LOVES her Kong toy...and she has NOT yet been able to kill it.

This is both a good and bad thing.

GOOD:  She loves it and it can keep her occupied for a long time.

BAD: Well...this is what happens for hours on end...

Before the destruction of my little red heart, Mom had made me take some photos with it, with the intent of using them for Valentine's day.

There were actually MANY photos of variousness that were taken with the intent of Valentine's Day...if I hadn't been 'paid' so well in tasty treats and praise I may feel a little more put-out about it! BOL

Valentine's Day came around, and to let my mom know just how much I do love her I made her something VERY special in the snow.

Those have been the not-so major highlights of February.

Mom, Honey and I are have all been excited and happy these past few days because the weather has been gorgeous and warm.

So gorgeous and warm, that nearly all the snow has already melted away.

This is pretty much all that's left (with the exception of a small section in the back-back yard that doesn't get much sun!) of the earlier snowstorm.

This is the snow pile at the top of the driveway from the plow. Or at least what's left of it!

And...well...that's been about it for February!

OH! Except for one more thing. As always the awesome people of Chewy sent us out an email to try something new...THAT review is on it's way.

I just have to get Mom into gear to POST it up....
